Agribusiness Extension

This course explores the challenges and strategies involved in influencing behaviour change within agricultural communities. Through an understanding of behavioural change theories, adult learning principles, and effective extension methods, participants will learn how to design, implement, and evaluate educational programs that drive innovation adoption. Topics include the diffusion of innovations, active learning techniques, motivation in behaviour change, and the role of extension agents in facilitating impactful training.
